I am working on my pull up game now

Isn't the full motion, slow pull up the hardest/most effective?

I always felt like anything else is an attempt to make the pull up.easier. Like only going down part of the way or kicking your legs to help

Aren't you just cheating yourself with this bullshyt technique?

I mentioned this earlier in the thread but the pull up she is doing is for speed/competition purposes only. Strict pull ups of any kind (bodyweight/weighted/negatives etc) are the way to go
