Without a doubt, but he is never gonna win you a ship as the best player. The problem with Westbrook is that he has no. 1 talent but he's not a good decisionmaker, and his ego is too big to allow him to take the backseat. Prime Wade was leagues above Westbrook and even he was willing to relinquish the role, Westbrook is gonna cost himself rings if he doesn't do the same.
