What about Percy? Chip just hasn't gotten the benefit of the doubt yet because he hasn't won a Super Bowl. Belichick hasn't changed at all, but he got a QB for his second job. The Pats win every year because of their stability at QB and Belichick having a definitive system in place. Either buy in or be gone.
