I haven't downloaded it but from what I've seen, they need to fix some things:

*Delink Threads from having an Instagram account (at least make this optional)
*Fix their data privacy issues
*Add more features (like hashtags and search functions)

This is where my schadenfreude kicks in. Not because I'm a patron of Twitter or I'm an Elon fan (I belong to neither group), but the fact that people were bigging up Zuck and this Threads BS as some hero who'll save us all from the villainous Musk had me wondering wtf is wrong with these dummies.

Like this type of shıt right here. As others have pointed out earlier in this thread, Zuck has done nothing of his own since Facebook to make you think he's "patient and calculating" aside from acquire the brain-children of others.

Yet you still expected him to be successful at an original venture post-Facebook despite consistent evidence towards the contrary.
