Yep.... he has fukkboy instincts but he's gotten enough help (counseling, media training or whatever) to where he can seem "above it all" and present himself publicly in a good light. If his management didn't let him know that he has a face for TV he'd probably still act like a hoe 100% of the time.

Locker room chemistry isn't nearly as important as media tries to make it out to be though.

Black coaches historically get a ridiculously short leash. Why not give Bowles the same chance that any white coach would have? One good season, one bad season. That doesn't merit a pink slip for a white coach. Especially a coach with such an awful QB situation. How many games do you win when your starter finishes the season with a less than 70 QB Rating? And is Ron Rivera on the hot seat too? Should he get fired now too? If Bowles "clearly has zero control over the team" then it's even worse for him. He had more talent and a bigger dropoff.

When you have big name guys at key spots under performing, there's not much you can do about that. When you have a defense that doesn't have faith in the offense, there's not much you can do about that.

This whole locker room situation goes back to 15/16 and Fitz on three straight freaking possessions throwing picks and costing us the playoff imo. You can't tell me that didn't boiled over to this season and when guys saw the Fitz from week 17 every week that joint weared on guys.
