Predictions? It's rocket science to see the Jets were the second oldest team in the NFL in 2015, couldn't make the playoffs in2015 with an easy schedule and needed to get younger?

I would have been all in on a rebuild I said it in the offseason but since management is stupid and we're trying to win now while I never said Fitz was some good qb I wanted the qb back who won 10 games the year before. I don't think that's outlandish

If they got rid of veterans and played mostly young guys I would have said then that it would make no sense to bring Fitz back but that wasn't the case

Geno got another chance this year and got hurt again. Maccagnan boxed himself into a corner when he spent all that money upon arrival. The Jets were capped out and he obviously was always going to bring back the QB that played well the year prior because he spent a shyt ton on aging veterans on their last contracts. I've been critical from Maccagnan more than anyone....

the lack of interest for fitzpatrick said it all. you had teams like the broncos, rams, texans, eagles, 9ers, browns and even cowboys who needed a QB or at least a backup and they made no offer. week 17 vs the bills is his career in a nut shell and signing him would be a waste of money and a roster spot imo.
on the bright side, the jets will still suck for at least a couple of years and will have a good chance of drafting lamar jackson. hopefully they can put together a good team by then.
