I mean there was the 2007 film (Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer).

The film was mid, but the Silver Surfer was one of the few bright spots.

The director of First Steps (Matt Shakman) did say that the FF are the only superheroes in their world.

I think that Doomney will most likely show up in a mid/post-credits scene, though.
