This movie really felt like a FF4 movie! It was great finally seeing Galactus in all his glory as well. I feel that everything meshed together well. I came out of the theatre wanting more! Oh and I didn't know Sue Storm was like that!! I was like, damn:wow: Overall, I have no complaints on what was presented.

I thought the movie probably handled the idea of the origin story well enough but I also feel like this could’ve been two separate movies.

Unfortunately Feige (for some ungodly reason) already let us know we’re basically going back to 0 after Doomsday/Secret Wars anyway, so we know this movie just needed to get the characters in and raising the bar power wise. That being said, I enjoyed it. Vanessa Kirby is a star, probably had enough of Pedro but he’s a star, and I anticipate how Surfer will grow with more screen time (in 2031 when we next see her)

I also gotta say

i get annoyed by mr fantastic feeling pain by being stretched. Reed can stretch across down town manhattan before he starts to feel any type of real pain. His powers are severely nerfed in these movies. He should be doing stuff elastic girl does in incredibles more often, like blowing his fist up and creating parachutes or rubber bouncy balls
since they had powers only 4 years maybe there's pain until he gets used to it more and more.

I enjoyed it but the action was a bit underwhelming for me, it needed some more pop to it. They didn’t go hard enough with Reeds elasticity. Other than Sue, none of the crew really got to show out. Overall I liked it though, it was refreshing to get something standalone.

Im guessing that’s Doom entering the main MCU timeline on the F4 ship from Thunderbolts. Doom is feeling a bit rushed for me, shouldn’t he have some deeper ties to Reed and the F4? Feel like we’re missing some key setup
That’s why it’s completely horse shyt from Feige that they were already thinking about replacing you know who as the big bad lol. This is the last movie until then so all we got is two scenes to work with lol
