So they arent in a different timeline otherwise Fitz wouldnt be there. So Daisy couldn't have destroyed the earth unless we're making timeloops now which still wouldnt be an alternate universe. BUT I feel some red herring will be placed in there yo boost inhuman powers because flynn being an earth bender and earth being destroyed seems too coincidental to me.
