How can you say they're making Karli too sympathetic? If anything I think they're not stressing the crazy trauma of having half the world come back all of a sudden and trying to go back to the way it was 5 years before. These people had learned to communicate and care about people regardless of nationality, race, or religion. Like literal world peace. And now that everyone is back, the powers that be want borders, division, and war. I'm actually surprised there aren't more people backing Karli.
