Of course. The plot requires it. But Cap is only peak human. That's not defeating a powered suit than can withstand tank shells at point blank and lift tons. I'm not being a killjoy. It made for a great spectacle, but it was a bit ridiculous.

I mean Tony got his shyt off later. But i don't see anything wrong with this scene. Bucky and Cap are literal super soliders.

I didn't say he was. It was Friday. I was replying to a poster and simply making the point that just because something is 'said' in a movie doesn't mean it makes sense. I just didn't bother to correct them.

Iron Man in the comics is strength class 100 (tons). Cap is under a ton.
