@Shogun i see what you saying, but Sam, Natasha, or Clint have never been shown to do anything tooo crazy without powers like that. This US Agent nikka in his first appearance looked like he was souped up to some degree, literally fighting enhanced humans with ease.

I think in the comics he got a watered down version of the serum. But also how he fell into that car when he fell off the truck without being hurt. Pretty much tell you he got super strength.

In the comics a company/guy named PowerBroker who basically offered services to people to give them powers gave him his super soldier abilities

I think they might actually show the fight though, the actor they casted as Isiah bradley is made up to look much older than he actually looks in real life.

Tomatoe Tomato you really don't know if he's gifted or enchanced if he's gifted he's a meta human and Marvel is not touching that yet because they are about to bring in the mutants.

So like I said it's most likely he's enchanced by Power Broker like he was in the comics
