Yeah, I think that played a part, I always say the biggest contributors was the combination of drugs, burnout (5 solo albums and 5 movies in a span of 6 years) and laziness (in terms of quality, which was a symptom of the burnout) with drugs doing most of the heavy lifting for the fall off.
