Masters of Horror Face off: Romero or Argento? Poll Open for limited time.

Can't get my vote in but it would have been for Romero.
There was just something about the more viscerally populist nature of Romero's work that grabbed me more than the more stylish yet detached nature of Argento's style of filmmaking.

I'm having a tough time deciding. Who do you think I like more?

I can’t objectively vote on this because I’ve only ever seen Argento’s Inferno and Suspiria I think even if I did see more of his work I’d give the nod to Romero anyway though. Night of the Living Dead (the remake) has had a soft spot to me since I was a kid, and the themes and ideas behind his films are so strong that they’re still being explored today.
