Tom's first full year starting was in 2001 where he passed for 2800 yards, 18 TDs & 12 INTs

Cassell had almost 3,700 yards passing with 21 TDs & 11 INTs.

Again their first year starting they compare favorably

In 2002 He started the FULL 16 game season... Which is why I took those stats

He started 14 games in 2001.... But hey lets go with the 2001 year.... Guess what? HE WON A SUPERBOWL

Like I said before... Comparing Brady and Cassell is stupid because Brady had already lead his team to a Superbowl.... He pretty much can't be compared to anyone currently playing....

Now if Matt Ryan won a superbowl(s), I wouldn't be comparing his stats Ponder... But the fact is... He has one 1 playoff game win

So long as Cassel continues to play and continues to throw garbage passes on as a consistent basis, anomalies like this pass will be moot. The low level that Cassel plays out with reveal itself in the advanced metrics.
