Hmm, only one group ever seem to suggest eugenics.

Maybe instead of having cars taken away or jail time, parents who can't afford to pay child support should be forced by the courts to be sterilized so they don't have to risk bringing more children into the world they can't afford to take care of.

How about we stick to the topic instead of deflecting to unrelated matters?
