Experimentation is apart of learning

Which takes risk. When you a beginner you don't know enough to know what works. Only what other people say does. But by trying to figure it out yourself, you can often discover a lot of theory on your own

And its not disrespectful to me as a person who put the time in to learn my instruments. Cause dude isn't making what he's doing out to be any more than what it is

A dude who listened to a bunch of jazz artists and tried to work out how to make similar sounding shyt himself. It obviously ain't as good but why should that matter when it's his art to release?

At the end of the day, you can't police what other people pull out. Getting upset won't change anything. 3 stacks obviously doesn't care. He's passing off nikkas in multiple genres and going about his day unbothered :russ:
Actually learning is a part of learning

It's not difficult AT ALL to download a book of scales or a video tutorial if you ACTUALLY wanna learn something

I'm classically trained in 5 instruments and jazz trained in 2 instruments. I find what 3k does with this flute/piano stuff to be extremely lazy

He's using his clout as a rapper to put out extremely subpar instrumental music that he clearly isnt taking serious. He only has the opportunity to do so because of his rap career which is disrespectful to the people who ACTUALLY put work into mastering their instrument yet can't get the opportunity to release their projects

Like you said, 3k obviously doesn't care. And it shows in his releases

The way I see it is Andre 3000, is simply sharing his musical journey with the world. Some would be afraid to let people hear them learning how to play an instrument. Without fear or concern with ridicule Andre, makes albums and shares his experience via YouTube.
More like a musical walk to the corner store and back

I try harder getting milk in the morning than andre did on this

Reading a book and knowing scales doesn't make you monk or Ellington overnight

One could do all that and still put out music that ain't much better than this

I dont get the impression he's doing this for clout. Considering if he wanted clout, he'd get a lot more by releasing a rap album. Yalls argument is he drops this stuff cause he'll get undeserved acclaim. But if that's the case, why not drop a rap or rnb album since everything he releases is gassed, right?

This ain't at the top of the charts. Nor is going Diamond or even gold at the least :mjlol:

It will literally be forgotten about in a few weeks. Its basically the improv jazz version of an Eddie murphy album

Something nobody is going back to listen to. Only remembered for trivia and novelty
