I'm doing the Max-OT workout to build muscle/strength. My goal is to bulk up but I don't want to gain alot of fat due to my calorie consumption. I was thinking of also doing some Insanity workouts (I've completed the program 60 days before) a few times during the week. I've read that it's best to have a gap of 6-8 hours between the two different workouts each day.
So I was thinking of lifting Mon-Fri. Insanity on M-W-F.
Also my calorie intake..what's the ideal amount I should intake per lb I weigh?
Would this be a good idea to maintain strength/muscle gains but keep the belly fat under control?
