To each his ownI am a casual boxing fan, so guess I was expecting more from the fight billed as the fight of the century. Mayweather handled him with ease, but with little excitement. Outside of that shot PacMan landed early on that stumbled May and caused him to cover up, it was lack luster. But again, I am casual and maybe do not appreciate the technique behind May's performance.
I did enjoy the Lomanchenko's fight. He looks like the real deal.
The best boxers in the world don't necessarily have the most casual fan friendly styles, outside of Mayweather two other guys who are great technical boxers; Rigondeaux and Andre Ward always get labeled "boring" by causal fans even though they are incredible to watch when you understand whats going on in the ring and how they're taking everything away from their opponents. Making a world class fighter look ordinary, or just flat out bad is amazing to me, dudes spend their entire lives training to hit another person yet can't even lay a finger on someone.
