Classic. Don't be a menace is classic too that sht too funny. Shawn and Marlon DID GOAT parodies.
I know. I wanted to see that scene that showed in the trailer of the laws at Ronnie's house after the drive by at the end that killed Cainei remember watching the trailer at the time and thinking there must've been loads of deleted scenes....

Watching the whole interview, very informative. Eiht brought something very interesting that I never thought about, they never said Blood or Crip in the movie. They didn't want to create beef or possibly not get support from people from certain hoods due to set claiming.Watching the whole interview, very informative. Does Tyrin talk about getting in any fights or threaten to sock Eiht?

Lets break this inaccurate post down.
I will start with the assertion that Menace was an over the top portrayal of LA street culture. See, what most people fail to realize about Menace is they didn’t use any mention of crips, bloods, or other gangs. To make a movie based on LA streets, especially at that time, leaving out the street gang element would have to be done on purpose, as it is at the core of LA street culture. But Menace didn’t even mention gangs and barely even implied gang culture. This is because THEY DID NOT use LA stree culture as a crutch.
How could they be trying to blend Colors and Boyz in da Hood, when both of those films highlighted gang culture in LA, and Menace did not? Menace was set in Watts, but was relatable to all urban environments across America because it didn’t use crip and blood culture which is generally unique to LA, especially at the time.
Please don’t use your teenage mishaps as a reason to inaccurately attack what is undoubtedly the most misunderstood and overlooked movie of all time. A true masterpiece. This thread is disrespectful for putting the two movies in the same sentence.
I’ve negged and reported everyone who dapped your post
Even if they were some really good cheeseburgers, they wouldn't come up to no 20 bucks, especially in the 90s....
A shame Wax and O'Dog already ate....
Those burgers would've been cold . . Wax and Dog could've dined better . .
