Rap legend MC Shan with his take on what did (or didn’t) happen to DMX. Didn’t remember seeing this already posted on here.

Admittedly I was surprised about how he was looking in this clip, but I won’t speak disrespectfully of the Brother in light of us losing X and Rob.

X put on weight pretty fast since 2019, IMHO I believe he was clean and didnt OD but the post-kick weight probably caught up with him. At least it's a theory.

Some people think Covid, I would call bullshyt but the fact that X had asthma and Bronchitis makes it some alot more likely to happen.

idunno man

I disagree with the narrative that X was freed of his pain and demons in death, I think he left this world being at peace with his life, and finally conquering his demons. Dude seemed calmer and jollier and was speaking wth a clarity I havent heard since the early 2000's when he was doing. There's also him admitting so on his last Drink Champs appearance when he said "if he dropped dead right now, I lived a good life".

That gives me all the solace and closure I need to know the dog went out happy and at peace, His presence will be missed; I hate referring to him in this context of past tense but rest in power X. cot damn it man, rest in power....
