Unfortunately this reminds me of a chick I use to work with. She was in jail for almost 6 months for attempted murder of her BD. The charges were eventually reduced and she was let out of probation.
About 6 months after that she got charged with assault again. Not sure who...and then they let her out on probation again.

it's a sad situation all around, I've witnessed how we treat us other when we get in positions of power there is an argument to be made of us being harsher on each other than others, but this wasn't a high-tier irreplaceable position it was McDonald's and you do have the option to leave, Don't get me wrong though I've had plenty of family who've been at places years and management suddenly decides they want them out and do a bunch of goofy shyt, it's a fukked up situation.
