He's hype breh, not a Rousey type hype up but he's mostly making his name on antics and post fight comments. Although he's more of a striker than wrestler, he has problems defending takedowns and getting back on his feet, his 2 losses where both by submission. But he's fought better ground and pounders since his 2nd loss and has demolished them so I think he's more legit than what Ronda was built to be but he has notable flaws.

Casual MMA fans don't realize how good aldo is, he has one loss that happen back '05 and he's very quick and powerful. If Mcgregor gets cocky like silva did against weidman he will get put to sleep. Mcgregor has great boxing skills and a solid chin. They are different but even as well.
