Kale has such a bitter taste to me but I love to use spinach for green smoothies.

I use green apples to and mix both spinach and kale with mine

What meal replacement shakes would you recommend?

I don't do breakfast so I need something for in the a.m.

Right now I am drinking Carnation Instant Breakfast but I like to try different types.

So, what other good ones are there? Any I should avoid? Any recipes for making your own?
