Nah, meek nice, I think the issue is that he can actually be even better and we hold him up
to those expectations. His buildup was crazy, and it caused crazy demand from him, especially all the prefame freestyles and unsigned artist DVDs (like Nikki actually), but I sort of blame mmg (Ross) for mismanaging his artistic direction(cuz baby and Wayne handled Nikki lovely)....but I can't say meek is overrated....just hasn't zenithed yet

Can we be honest, Meek hasn't brought anything to rap except that intro, he only started off with momentum because he rode the mmg wave into the game. That freestyle on hot 97 was so subpar and they gave him the super Chris Paul lob with that beat and he couldn't even ride it properly. I'm not coming at this as a meek hater or a game or drake fan just a fan of the genre, he hasn't really done anything really noteworthy, I need opinions cause I don't think I'm bugging.

I'm not saying he's wack. I compared him to Ace because musically he's not to far off but no gives Ace Hood hell for having his own lane. Meek has a few gems and a lot shyt that's just eh. That's average. He's better than a lot of these wack nikkas out right now if that's what you think I'm talking about. Obviously he's bigger than Ace.
