I like Meek Mill but I gotta say no. Meek has limits over what he can provide for an entire LP. His projects are good for some hard beats, stand-out guest features, and a few excellent Meek verses. This can't compete with the lyrical depth and production value of TPAB, Kendrick's rapping and voice aside (I am a big fan though). The amount of literary devices and instrumentation he incorporates is insane
To me, that's a true artistic effort. Don't get me wrong, so far I'd say this is Meek's best project and will do good numbers too. I gotta feeling R.I.C.O is going to be a big hit and help re-establish him after his sentence. First listen, I'd give the album a 7 or 7.5

I'm from Philly and I wanted to like this album, but this shyt is fukkING TRASH!!!! It's not even better than the first album and that album was just OK. What the fukk is up with all them dreary sounding boring ass beats?! Nothing on the album is even on the same level as Monster, and I love that track right now. I think this the beginning of the end for Meek Milly!
