Yayo isn't charting. Similar to Banks.

50 would probably do 40-60k first week off anticipation of a return to music, but the next project would likely be 20-30k first week.

I think it's a conflict of styles. Ross best sound is the luxurious cigar mafioso style beats but meek is too hype for that. Meek sounds best on some inspirational, eye of the tiger, workout style beats but Ross can't talk his shyt on that.

They do have good chemistry meeting in the middle sometimes but they used to have the rest of MMG to fill out the songs to keep it fresh but this isn't a MMG album

Never thought about it that way but that’s a good point. And at this juncture they kind of need each other still as funny as that may sound. A lead single also goes a long way I suppose

Legacy artist is an artist that is past his mainstream peak and your old music generates more money for you and the industry than than your new music

There’s no time table to it. Drakes new music is still in demand same with artist like Future and J Cole. They still get feature request from new artist

Most rappers don’t make it 10 years as “mainstream” artists. Drake, Cole, and Kendrick are still outliers in that regard.

Ross is a legacy artist at this point, maybe not Meek but he’s approaching that status
