They actually did their thing rapping wise but I think the production just wasn’t there. Older I get the more I realize how much production Carrie’s a lot of artists or at least a makes a difference

I think it's a conflict of styles. Ross best sound is the luxurious cigar mafioso style beats but meek is too hype for that. Meek sounds best on some inspirational, eye of the tiger, workout style beats but Ross can't talk his shyt on that.

They do have good chemistry meeting in the middle sometimes but they used to have the rest of MMG to fill out the songs to keep it fresh but this isn't a MMG album
