Another thing people fail mention are the skin tightening benefits of IT.
Western diets/fast food is highly detrimental to your epidermis and ages you much faster in lieu of say, a cleaner/plant based diet (you can eat meat, just make sure you consume copious levels of aqua and fast as often as you can, stretching the hours you refrain from eating/minimizing the windows that you consume food).
Genetics aside, I attribute my youthful appearance to not eating within 15-16 hour windows and have been doing this since August of 2018 (seldom breaking my regimen when i'm on vacay or special occasions).
Another thing i've also included en route to eating gooder is endtroduce less sodium and low carb.
So not only am I fasting daily, but not eating hella rice and bread and noodles as the primary calories/bulk of the meal (if there is, it's just a sample/taste to give the dish some flavor balance, like for instance, some cooks/chefs are really heavy with their salt hands, maybe one piece of bread or a baby scoop of rice, but nothing heavy).
No candy or soda (unless it's seltzer water) and only drink on the weeknd (even then, just a few will do, not binging like i was in my 20's and 30's.
Crazy that I look, feel, act better now than i did the first 40 anos of my life just by changing the way/how i eat.
