Bro i struggled for months trying to be consistent but just thugged out the pains for like 3-4 days and then they go away. Just dont pig out when its time to eat or it defeats the whole purpose. I also used small bowl of oatmeal with a dash of cinnamon when i couldnt hold out long enough. Now i can get to 6pm easy without even thinking about food.My problem is I’m always fukkin hungry
Imma have to lay off the weed this IF
I’m gonna do it for 2 months hoping to lose 30lbs
