My problem is I’m always fukkin hungry
Imma have to lay off the weed this IF
I’m gonna do it for 2 months hoping to lose 30lbs
Bro i struggled for months trying to be consistent but just thugged out the pains for like 3-4 days and then they go away. Just dont pig out when its time to eat or it defeats the whole purpose. I also used small bowl of oatmeal with a dash of cinnamon when i couldnt hold out long enough. Now i can get to 6pm easy without even thinking about food.

My cheat was La Croix and Coffee.

Stopped eating candy, chips and drinking soda. Took vitamins every morning to get nutrients.
Saved hella money cause i was AD fasting.

Broke each fast with fruit in the morning, if I had sweet cravings I would eat bakery fresh desserts not on the shelf preservative bs.

Diet coke was my cheat to get me through the first week. Coffee worked but on a empty stomach would have my stomach shape shifting. The real cheat code is low calorie filling foods and only zero calorie drinks. And never eat just to eat. Got to see eating as a way to just stay alive not a way to indulge. Which is what it is.

It works, I lost 397 by intermittent fasting and no carbohydrates.

I did it accidentally because I lost my appetite. Then kept it going once I seen the results. I didn't know it was a name for it till I finished losing weight.

You pick a 7-8 hour window to eat. You don't eat before that window, and don't eat after that window. Another name for it is "Time restricted eating"


For me I only eat between 12pm to 7pm everyday
You can eat whatever you want?

On my 2nd day
Last night was hard, couldn’t sleep at 3am because I was hungry.
Staying hungry while awake is easy though

I’m gonna do it for maybe 2 months & try to lay off the alcohol

IF and Keto work.. once you get over the first few days hurdle it's pretty much cleaning sailing until you plateau.

Of course not lol

The goal is to not eat high sugar foods while fasting, as sugary foods defeat the purpose of fasting. You fast so you can become more Insulin sensitive, lower your blood sugar, and lose weight, and sugar is the #1 culprit of weight gain. And if you happen to eat/drink sugary products keep them at a minimum
