Drakes lieutenants going apeshyt in here with the plea copping. OP worded it well though cuz that's what I wonder, like since he literally contributes nothing to his music would his fans still be down if he let one of the tent writers he the frontman for their little scheme.

By that logic Drake had nothing to hide because QM was credited on all his songs. Well, besides "RICO", but you should get the point. If you are passing the work off as your own, giving someone that virtually no one knows a writing credit means nothing. It took people years to figure out A. Palman was Hush, and he's credited as a writer of 75% of "Take Care" and 50% of "NWTS".

Pick up the phone was originally supposed to be her and thug but Travis Scott heard it while in the studio with vinylz and redid her part with himself instead (legit used her hook and verse word for word). There's a version of hers that leaked that's out there. There was a thread here on it.
