I didn’t speculate anything. Only spoke on her complaint about the speed of the investigation. Whatever happened she’s the one who slowed it down.

They were responding to gunshots. They have witnesses saying there was gunshots from the car. It’s very easy to tell if a gun was shot recently. And even if it wasn’t crimes were still committed by Tory having the weapon.
