I kind of find it hilarious that women can sign a pre-nup, and restructure that after a divorce. But when it comes to entertainment, you're handcuffed to it?

I typically always side with the artist when it comes to these kinds of deals, but they should be looking at these things like athletes. That rookie deal isnt what you think it will be, and sign it with free agency in mind. If you're bust, then you made your money. If you blow up? The development of talent (both inside and outside the business) should flourish.
