Hell he actually got off pretty light for a Rico case :ehh:
Being a Detroit nicca I assume you're familiar with how the Feds put regular niccas under the jail on RICO charges.

I know Detroit niccas that got popped for a couple baggies of heroin that got 30 YEARS on gang and distribution charges.

This whole 69/9 trey case is suspect to me. 11 years is a scooby snack considering the charges brought. All these sentences are light as f*ck for what they allege these niccas were doing. Everybody involved is getting wrist slapped while regular niccas I know have gotten hit with 30 and 40 year sentences.

Something don't add up.

"Cruz said he was a "Five-Star General" in the gang who dealt drugs with Mel Murda. Together they made almost $500,000 selling fentanyl and heroin.

Cruz was ultimately arrested when he sold a few pounds of the lethal drugs to an undercover cop in November of 2018.

Cruz agreed to flip and helped undercover cops execute a controlled delivery of two kilograms of heroin, which Mel Murda delivered to an undercover NYPD officer on November 15, 2018."

I said this in another thread, they were offering great deals because they didn't want CEO Chris to have to testify. He was doing great work for them now his covers blown, remember they said he's been a FBI informant since 2013.
Chris while being an FBI informant/cw/undercover agent or w/e the fukk he is supplied Mel with drugs then connected him with an undercover officer to sell them too, if thats not entrapment I don't know what is.

If I’m not mistaken entrapment is when you try to convince a target to commit a crime they wouldn’t otherwise be prone to committing

Providing an opportunity for a drug dealer to sell drugs isn’t entrapment
