This has disaster written all over it. Everything about those 3 are clashing, clashing ego's, clashing personalities, clashing agendas, clashing health, clashing playing styles. This whole situation feels similar to the 12 Lakers and 13 Nets, superteams being put together that look great on paper or sound fun to play with on 2K but with no certainty of good chemistry or prime performances from their key guys
Even so, this team wouldn't beat Cleveland big 3 and that's the whole point, seeing as how now Phil wanna win ASAP instead of slow rebuild

People are tripping, D.Howard is still the best center in the league when healthy and happy. This move seems eerily similar to when Rodman went to the bulls. Is Phil gonna come out of retirement for two years to make it work tho 
Talent wise they're not near the Cavs. At all. Unless we're transporting back to 2011 or something. Plus no shooters.

I don't want that overated prima donna to be anywhere close my beloved Knicks. I think integrating Rose and developping Porzingis will be enough work, we don't have to deal with the bytchaness embodied by Coward. Let us find a second-tier center who can bring some defense, set decent picks, run the floor and give like 12pts a game and we're good.

Yeah, there are better options for the Knicks at 5; Whiteside , Horford, or Just slide KP over to the 5 spot. Avoid Dwight at all costs.

Nope, no emotions here. He simply wouldn't live up to a max, is injury prone( you really want 3 to depend on 3 injury prone players in Dwight, Rose, and Melo?) and is a big negative to chemistry. He's old and on a very sharp decline, so it's reasonable to assume his contract would become even worse and toxic in 1 or 2 years. Signing Dwight wouldn't be very cost effective, and he wouldn't be worth keeping KP away from the 5. Whiteside and Horford on the other hand would be worth signing even if it meant keeping KP as a four ( plus Horford could play as a pf himself, and he can stretch the floor all the way to the three point line nowAvoid the double double defensive stopper brehs
