Breh, did you watch any Knicks games that year? JR regressed back to chicken strut JR since the Celtics series. Shump seemed like he made no real progress from the season before. His shot was still as inconsistent as ever and his defense wasn't much better. Stat was on a minutes limit. Chandler wasn't the same since he got his soul taken by Hibbert in the Pacers series. Ray Felton :comeon:. All of top of them quitting on Woodson.

Breh did you read the post I was responding too?

People acting surprised and shocked that the Knicks aren't good, Melo is one of the biggest black holes the NBA has ever seen.

5th highest usage rate in NBA history for his career, behind Mike, AI, Kobe and Wade....all of them being superior passers. If you gonna have the ball that fukking much you better be averaging more than 4apg at least once in your career, and then they wonder why the Knicks suck. It's virtually impossible to build around a player like that.
and the Bulls were a team that would have masked his lack of playmaking and defense and allowed him to get shots up... :francis:

Jimmys progression would have never happened with Melo though, we dodged a bullet

Sooooooooo, what was your overall point, debate club champ?

:beli:

What was your point in this thread?

I made my point very clear. Maybe if you actually read my posts to understand rather than to try to find something you could pounce on to further your agenda you wouldn't have to ask that question.

Old Brooklyn, word to @DPresidential
Nothing is that cut and dry however people only have an issue with it when it goes against someone they like. I don't know you, you may indeed be one of the few consistent cats on here :manny:.
Like I said, I got no problem with the roasting. I'm not a Melo fan (I don't hate him either), and as long as he wears a Knicks jersey I'll root for him, but I call a spade a spade. He deserves a lot of criticism but not for this. Just like Lebron deserves some credit for getting behind these guys and getting them to turn it around

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Bullshyt. Knicks won 54 games and we're really good 2 years ago. Add Kyrie and they are going to the finals

:camby:

LeBron would still be in the conference..... add Kyrie, word? We've all seen how Melo looks with other star players, ask Amare how that worked out :russ:

Nah, Bron's team would sweep them muhrfukkers too.

Bron is the King of the East. What will it take for people to realize this? I don't even like the guy, but if it wasn't for KG/Ray/Pierce joining forces, he'd have won the East every single year since 2007 except for that one year Dwight n the Magic destroyed his weak supporting cast (and from what I remember, Lebron still averaged like 38/8/9 in that series).

The irony of people bringing up "joining forces"

You need to ask amare to ask his bum ass knees how it worked out.

Lets not act like A.I didnt have the most efficient season of his career playing with Melo. Lets act like Chauncey didnt have success with melo

The nerve of you nikkas blaming Melo for Amare's wet cardboard knees

Tell me all these star players that fell off playing with Melo
