I was born and raised in NY and still listen to NY radio to this day. Visit family often, Linsanity was ridiculous.

It wasn't out of control. He was balling his ass off so hard that Melo turned into the New York version of pocket watching Wall.

What's funny is he'd actually be perfect in NY for next year. They're not looking to win with KP out until January, they need someone that's not Tim Hardaway Jr to put up some baskets and lose a bunch of games so they can get a high draft pick

He might fit but I don’t think there’s any chance he goes back to NY. Melo wants to be on a championship contender even though him being on a contending team and getting significant minutes actually makes them worse but melo doesn’t care about that shyt.

In theory, how many teams can realistically win a championship next year. 4-5? GS/HOU/BOS/whatever team Lebron is on/maybe SA/PHI?

None of those teams would have a big role for him and he's already on record saying he's not a bench type guy and wants the ball in his hands so he can work.
