Honestly I was hoping melo would get bought out and they could keep him. He'd be especially deadly off the bench. I don't think he's a mental midget, I think the problem is they had him in a position where he was being relied on to put up points. He's a good player but he's not a star. To me it's kind of like John starks on the knocks. He had a lot of pressure and got a ton of blame for the knicks never winning a Title but he was never an elite player. Why put those expectations on him? It's really the front office for never putting any legit pieces around Ewing.....that is until he was old and no longer a star.

I think ryno will have a good year with cp3.
Too much being said and overstated. It's simple as this: the one thing he excels on the court at doin, he was hesitant to do all season. We just need him to chuck away when the good look is there

How do you figure he was hesitant ? He's never been shy about gunslinging. He pulls up 4 ft behind the arc and don't give AF. He led the league in 3pt % on the road. At the end of the day the rockets were still one star and role players. Andersen would be better in a situation where his role isn't as important. Just my opinion

Hope he goes to Portland, fukk houston.

if the knicks are really intent on keeping him for a year until he opts out, he may as well. he can still opt out in portland. either way its looking like hes going to have to wait a year to get to houston, but he can wait on a team that will be in playoffs, or be miserable in NY under management that has made it clear they dont want him there long term.

the only hope are the rumors stan van gundy would like to reunite with ryan andersen. the pistons could definitely use his spacing but it probably wont happen.

that or the rockets cave and give up eric gordon.
