In the same way y’all are using you’re own anecdotal experience to speak for all men‘s friendships I can use mine to speak for women‘s. I’ve never lost a friend due to a vacation nor do I have grimy bytches as friends. I HOWEVER have seen men go behind they boy back and try to get at their girl though(or sleep with their “best friend‘s” baby mom). Or steal.

Male friendships are more substantial because we understand each other are a core level. We operate on a practical level; we're utilities towards each other. We undergo through fun times. We undergo hard times through trials and tribulations. Men go by the code of respect.
By nature, men are more rational. We think critically about our decisions. We aren't emotional by nature, there are exceptions, however most men are chill.
If men sense a problem, we'll call it out. Men either use violence or have a discussion. We're more straightforward and direct as a gender.
Men can joke, insult each other and won't take it seriously. Our sense of humor we laugh at most absurd shyt because life is full of absurdities. Women tend to crave drama women love to gossip, they'll end up getting full blown arguments. Start getting into emotional episodes. That's not to say men crave drama because it does happen. The worst thing man can do is being controlled by his emotions.

Do the men on this forum really think that female friendships don't last? Old maids growing old together is one of the most classic tropes out there.
My mom still has friends from college and she's like 70. Has been part of the same book club with all the same members for like 30 years. My wife is still in touch with the same crew of 10 friends that pretty much did all of high school together as a clique, and is super close to her college friends talking multiple times a week even though that was 20 years ago.
Feels like a lot of y'all make these assumptions based off of teenagers or wannabe instagram stars, not real life adults.
