Exactly breh. I always say time goes by so fast, if you look to the future, you'll be in the present

This is bullshyt. If you work hard and get certified or get that degree you're good no matter what age... This is basically saying if you're past a certain age you shouldn't even bother improving yourself. Goofy
Same for my mom except she was teacher and stopped at getting her masters. she's kinda hit a patch though, the VA she worked for blackmailed herIt's not really true. I can't say for men but women can go through this as well.
My mom was a lawyer for almost 10 years back in Ghana.
Once she got to America, she found that her law degree was practically worthless and barely got a position paying $50k, she was already in her early 30s by this time.
She decided to switch careers and become a nurse which is much more lucrative(especially in NYC). Went through a nursing program in 4 years and finally became an RN and got a job at the largest hospital in the Bronx(still works there today) Got her masters 5 years later to become a licensed NP and now finishing her PhD at age 54.
In both her masters and PhD programs, most of her classmates were 20 years younger than her.
One piece advice I'd give to the young brehs fresh out of college is to never stay in one role longer than three years unless you plan to be doing that shyt long term.
Try different roles early in your career. You don't want to look up at 37 and be doing the exact same shyt you were doing at 22!
you'll get certified, but your first job will not be paying top dollar compared to someone else who had 5 years experience in that field while you were doing your first career.
How old are younot gonna lie this thread has me tight
