By 'from scratch' is he a machinist an making the parts on a lathe, mill, or full blown CNC or buying and assembling?

I didn't go too deep into whether he was manufacturing or assembling. I'm going to ask though. He showed me pics of his guns and they looked too good...rather better than what I would expect...for something made in the garage.

I'm going ask him to forward a pic...

I met two brothers who say their vietnam vets, and are attempting to become International Arms dealers. They're going through the paperwork now.
