True. But thats not a good comparison if we being honest. Metallica been around for over 40 years. Kendrick been around for what. 15? When they were in their prime, he was just a kid. Kendrick aint even the top selling artist in his generation. If anything, this is more of a new artists vs old artist argument. Some may argue that theyre able to do that because of the music or people see them as respectable musicians vs someone like ariana grande.
