Clan members have been saying they don't know if their will be another Clan album again forever and they always end up doing one when dispatched to do so.

And A Better Tomorrow is definitely not as bad as some people are trying to make it out to be.

And that's ok, if your heart isn't in it don't do it. A Better Tommorow had a few great moments but aside from Method Man and Ghostface, none of the main members were really popping like that lyrically. Any more Wu-Tang albums would tarnish their legacy.
