It's possible... especially when she doesn't quite seem to understand that a WRECKED car is undriveable.
On the other hand I read a Youtube comment:
"Stephanie Melgoza’s stepfather, Patrick O’Brian, is the county clerk & recorder of Fulton County in Illinois. Her brother, Ramon Melgoza, is in the army. Her mother, Maria O’Brian, is a stay at home mom. They’re all republicans. I wonder how tough on crime they are now. "
It's possible she thought she had some type of special privileges due to who her family is and their profession.
She must've forgot she's not a wealthy blonde hair, blue eyed white girl.
Her smug smile makes me sick. I hope those girls in prison smack it clean off her face.![]()
Republicans always think laws are ony meant for other people

You need your damn license suspendedYea I agree, but I disagree also. Of course, cause nikkas get hit much harder even if it's only a slight buzz. The thing here, it's not illegal to drive after having drinks. It's illegal to drive while you are too drunk to make proper decisions on the road, and all that is relative to the person. I haven't been "drunk" in years and if I'm drunk and gotta drive, I'm parking and sleeping in my car (wit pistol on lap). But I have friends who actually did this, and eventually was approached by police and still got a DUI, AFTER REALIZING THEY WERE TOO DRUNK TO DRIVE AND ACTUALLY NOT DRIVING.
Now, I break the law daily because I'll drink a beer while driving daily, I never drink enough beers whole driving to actually get drunk, but I know if I'm ever flicked by an unnecessarily curious officer, I'm catching an open intox charge. But............... Drinking a beer and driving is comfortable imo. Not saying it should be legal, but millions of people do it daily and never get into an accident. How to sort the relativity to the person, I don't really know.
