No one in the diaspora hates Haitians. Haitians are universally accepted by all black people. Now if you said ADOS or maybe Nigerians, you may have a point but Haitians get love.

Like I wrote earlier, I see the OP video as consistent with treatment that illegals have received for decades trying to enter Mexico in waves.
Two pronged answer to your question though.
1)

In the 80's, when medical community initially linked AIDS with Haiti, that added another layer of propaganda. The public link was headlines, on front pages. The retraction, which came later, was on page 59.Nobody reads page 59.
2) Haitians received and continue to receive bad treatment around the world as a DIRECT result of consistently poor leadership of the country. Leaders fail to develop economies that can educate and employ the people. People have no choice but to migrate to other countries, legally and illegally for work. Have to endure poor treatment, discrimination, and racism in those places until they are in position of stability and education. Govt. didn't give a fukk about you when you were in Haiti, surely your consul office in the new country won't lift a finger to stand up for you if you migrated legally. Illegal? Forget it.
You're on your own, and have to deal with it, until you don't have to deal with it.

The only ONLY reason I liked Trump in office was him being hard on illegal immigration and building that wall. Even though the wall was a failure I am not a fan of illegal immigration especially when black immigrants are damn near hunted down. Compare how they treat black immigrants to Latinos. Also illegal Asian immigration isn’t even talked about and they stay packing people in containers and trucks and sex trafficking them.
