Be real, you'd have to be a pretty shytty coach to not succeed with the talent Miami has. They'd make the playoffs wit Juwan Howard coaching them. But to become a dynasty you have to have an elite coach. You heard what Bron and Wade were saying when they signed. We wanna win 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ships but the part they left out is that they planned to do it with a video coordinator at head coach.

No one was saying a thing about Spo when he was getting the Heat to the playoffs with Wade and no one else. He was seen as an up and coming head coach to look out for. Once Bron get's there and they lose a Finals and potentially could lose another one now the blame is on the coach. But he cant make Bron be aggressive and he cant make the players close out on shooters.
