Unless you’ve never touched a weight in your life and dedicate a year of 100% clean eating in a massive surplus, stick to a dedicated program, get 8 hours of sleep, etc, etc it is not easy or possible for a person to put on 20lbs of pure muscle. Sure you can put on 20lbs of weight, but just muscle no, and that goes down exponentially the more experience you have lifting. Mike is enhanced and that’s ok.

He's the textbook hard gainer, and a lot of people don't understand how much work he has to put in even to put on 5lbs, let alone 24. MBJ also doesn't have the same genetics. DJ is a naturally much bigger dude, so even though he's cruising, he still has a genetically higher ceiling. Yep he did Creed II, then Just Mercy,and followed that up with without remorse.
