Don't matter how rich you are, every ones working with the same cap.

And while they're not cap strapped, it just is comedy that a team would make the mistake of signing a player with a torn rotator cuff to a $5m deal.

No matter how you want to spin it, that's a bad investment.

You think every team in the NFC is a joke compared to SF, so.... it doesn't really matter.

ATL…overly
So I'm the only one who feels uncomfortable with a white, racist poster openly talking about a team "purchasing" a black player?

Where do I act like we won the SB? I never come near to that.

The fact is Seattle wants to go where we been. They want the west, they want the NFC championship. We been there, they're chasing us with all these silly ass moves for mid-level, now injured mid level talent.

We're showing patience, you can't pay everyone and we let Goldson go, but we have 14 draft pics and we can fill holes.

By the time we will have picked 4 players, Seattle will have only picked 1.

Think about that.

Why would Seattle want to be the Super Bowl runner-ups? That makes no sense. If anything, Seattle wants to be what Baltimore is, A Champion.

Your argument would hold weight if the Seahawks were signing/trading for former niners... but again... it seems that trend falls with The Niners the past 2 seasons. So really, which team is "chasing"?

You sh.tting on this 1 move is your way of coping with the SB Loss and trying to flip it so that its perceived as your team is the one being chased. Cope with it how you feel, but you can stop that nonsense of building through the draft. If that were true, why the fukk do you trade for Anquan Boldin, take on a massive contract for an aging player when you invested a HIGH draft pick the previous season on a ... wideout...

That money for Boldin could have been spent on resigning Goldson who was a sure thing in that defense. You got rid of the wrong safety

go ahead and deny it, it's one of your strong personality traits.

like denying you aint a loser in real life who still watches fukking wrestling

dude boldins contract is one year, 6 milly. its a one year deal...a show and prove really.

goldson got 8+ milly a year, for 25 milly guaranteed in first 3 years in TB.
not even pat willis nor justin smith make that kind of guap.

goldson will get exposed in TB unless they get revis.

this whole concept of us chasing anything is laughable

we gave out a bunch of 1 year and 2 year contracts and besides boldin our biggest addition was dorsey...boldin is a one year rental for a 6th round pick and 6 milly to replace moss while kyle and mario are recovering and we need wideout help regardless of how aj does.

yes, to me.

my Niner brethren will back me on this, Ive been saying this since last year when dashon was lauded by masses. all of our secondary cannot cover.

unlike lastemp, who is a huge fan of goldson, I never really liked him that much

so lets not accuse me of calling him overrated only when he bounced

I`ll start off with this, you must not be good at math.

Boldin is getting $6m for one year, Goldson is getting $42.5 m for 5 years.

Don't see how that $6m spent on Boldin would have landed Goldson, but your math sure does.

And I do not deny i`m a loser who enjoys pro wrestling, I love it. I`m going to Wrestlemania in 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. So no denial here homeboy, you seem very upset with me though, what is that all about?

duly noted.

but donte whitner is in the secondary... he can't even cover the inbounder on an inbound pass in soccer or in basketball let alone football

but your comment of your entire secondary being unable to cover just reitterates the same questions I had about why Boldin is such a needed position when your secondary is in the state that it's in. 6MM for a position you're supposedly deep at is wasted money and coincidentally came right after the seawhawks nabbed harvin

i'm not sure what the recent track record has been for immediate impact in the secondary from rookies.. but the most recent that comes to mind is claiborne with dallas... how's his comment from the draft looking these days?

Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
bad :troll:in attempt, 2/10

I don't troll. That's not my motto and since my inception on sohh in 2002; my forte is quality posting with the occasional banter here and there.

They mentioned on local radio that the week we signed Percy, Wilson was already at the Seahawks training facility working on his game.

As a matter of fact, Russ reached out to Percy that same week to discuss offseason training (sorry i don't have source journal indicating his training regimen times as i mentioned hearing it on my way to work... but this article verifies that the young Seattle QB means business and not about making out with his right bi-cep after making a touchdown).

Percy Harvin, Russell Wilson already have their workouts planned | ProFootballTalk
