I'm sorry, this might sound racist but it really bothers me that a cac wanna be the "heir to the throne", given how cacs have treated MJ for much of his life and their history of taking black music as their own. I'm not even a fan of all the other black MJ emulators either...but I would rather it be them on a track like this than JT.
The label and the estate is running the show now so they will let their hand picked successor (JT) get shine on a big deal track like this while Timbo/Rodney Jerkins/etc play the background. And while I like the updated sound of this new track, I like the older one better because you get ALL of MJ's vocals and not just a verse and chorus with JT all over it
