Of course there were other factors involved in MJ’s mental deterioration but its been confirmed that he suffered a fair amount of pain and trauma from the burning incident and that led to his addiction to pain killlers

People literally slept through this and when I heard it I was "WTF?" at the lyrics but in retrospect it explained so much because he was obviously zooted so many times out in public. Look at this:

Breh, before you start talking ask questions. I have a family member that was burned 3rd degree up and down their body in an accident, had skin grafts, all of the medical repair work done to them and they aren't on pain pills at all.
Much worse than MJ had, and they aren't popping pills or getting injected at all.
I didn't say he didn't have pain, I said it wasn't that bad. Now the plastic surgery he voluntarily did might have caused more issues than the burns.

WORST........NIGHTMARES........EVER!!!!!
For 3 whole days I was scared to sleep.
After discharge, got put on Percocets. Supposed to take them every 4 hours for pain.
Was eatin' them shyts like M & M's after 2 weeks due to the pain.
Realized I was getting addicted and my boy hooked me up with a blunt of Hydro.
.......pain was gone!!!
Sold the rest of the Percs.
Never again.

Percocets had me watching the newborn channel in the hospital. Stuck. Mike was on them things hard man....
And the countless plastic surgeries on his face. Remember his nose basically fell off cause he had no cartilage (same thing is beginning to happening to lil Kim now) so he wore a prosthetic nose.
Dude was in constant pain.
